Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Masajidna mobile application or web services operated by Masajidna ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

Masajidna is a mosque management platform that provides:

• Masajidna (User App): Allows users to view prayer times, mosque announcements, and events for registered mosques.
• Masajidna Admin: Allows authorised mosque administrators to manage prayer times, announcements, and mosque information.
• Masajidna Screen: A web-based display application for mosques to show prayer times and announcements on screens.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@masajidna.com.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Administrator Responsibilities

Mosque administrators using Masajidna Admin agree to:

• Provide accurate prayer times and mosque information.
• Only post content that is lawful, appropriate, and related to mosque activities.
• Not use the platform to spread misinformation, hate speech, or offensive content.
• Ensure they are authorised by their mosque to manage its listing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our services without prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Masajidna — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Masajidna and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Prayer times displayed are perfectly accurate — they are provided by mosque administrators and may vary.
• The results of using the service will meet your requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masajidna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with Google Firebase and other third-party providers. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels.
